Due to the custom fabrication process involved, your order will typically ship within 4-6 weeks. Shipping carriers used may include USPS, UPS, FED-EX, and DHL. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
Should your statue break prior to you receiving it you must contact Zero Point 3D via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as you have received it and noticed that your print has been damaged in shipping, please document the damage by taking a few digital pictures and sending them to us along with your order number.
We are proud of these statues and we are confident that you will absolutely adore yours. We want to make sure that you are happy with your statue. If you are not satasified with your statue, please email us with your concens and we will work with you to provide a product you can be proud of.
My statue broke, what now?
Sometime things happen, we understand this and we are here to help. If your statue is damaged within the first year, we can offer to print a replacement statue at a 50% discount. Just send us a email at email@example.com with your original order number and a picture of the damaged statue.
The statues can be repaired using super glue if you would like to repair it yourself.
